It's amazing how talkative people get when you've been dangling them off the edge of an overpass.

I may not know who the responsible parties are -- yet.  But I know where you live.  I'm watching you.  Sooner or later, one of you is going to slip up.  And then you'll be the ones going for a swim in the harbor.  Your money won't help you.  I'm not in this for the bounty.   I'm here to balance the scales.

Cordova-Mayra Junction is the source of the smell. Apparently it's old news to the citizens, something they take for granted and try to forget. If you want details, you have to squeeze pretty hard.
