I've seen the ship, I'm willing to believe it.

[ She makes a face, and shrugs ]

I completely drained myself using magic I've next to no skill in keeping the library in place so nothing would be ruined, and I managed to get a scrape on my arm, but other than that, I'm fine.

Not a scratch. And I'm glad to hear you - and the library - made it through more or less okay.

I feel silly for worrying about it so much, in retrospect, but there wasn't really anything else I could've done. I haven't got an augment that would provide any assistance in a... space battle.

Well... what was the magic you did? Fire suppression? Structural reinforcement? Telekinetic restraint?

Telekinesis. Or, well, sort of, a variant of a personal shield, pressed against everything in the room so it couldn't move.

Really don't recommend it, for the record. I'm not bad, but I"m not that good, either.

Well, next time - can you pull as well as push? Does the telekinetic field you use keep air in, or just solid objects?

I... you know, honestly, I don't know. Though even if it did, I don't know that it'd be much good on a large scale, my control was all over the place even with my focus.
