I can't get over how weird this city is.  On the one hand, this last week has been spectacular - having people to work with, people who I can relate to, is spectacular, and having Bruce back is... indescribable.

On the other hand, he's not my Bruce.  Joker's still in town, and even with backup - even with Bruce- it feels like we're outmatched.  And I haven't had a night off since January.  Hell, I haven't really had a social life to speak of since last year... and I can pinpoint when and why, too.

Sooner or later, I'll have to deal with that.

If you come by the weather station I can get you a complete and updated set of inoculations, antitoxins, and the countermeasures package that you... hunh.  That you will develop in an alternate future, I guess.  Alternate worlds always make conversations more awkward...
